Welcome to Dean Brannon Institute. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website dbi-llc.org (the "Site") and the programs, coaching, and services we offer (the "Services"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, enrolling in a program, booking a session, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a student who is a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

2. Description of Services

Dean Brannon Institute provides educational programs and services, which may include the Pathway to Purpose programs, Future Ready Coaching, TEAS test preparation, facilitator training, speaking engagements, and partnerships with schools and organizations. Program details, formats, and availability are described on the Site and may change. We do not guarantee any particular academic, admissions, career, or test-score outcome.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when enrolling, booking, or contacting us;
• Use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes;
• Be responsible for any student you enroll, including their participation and conduct;
• Promptly update us if your contact or enrollment information changes.

4. Payments and Billing

Prices are listed on the Site or provided directly and are stated in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by our third-party processor, Stripe; we do not collect or store your full payment card details. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Scheduling

Consultations and certain sessions may be booked through our third-party scheduling tool, Calendly. Please honor scheduled appointments and provide reasonable notice if you must cancel or reschedule.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Dean Brannon Institute name and marks, program materials, curricula, and the "Pathway to Purpose" framework — is owned by or licensed to DBI and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use in connection with a program in which you are enrolled.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Using the Site or Services in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful way;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' data;
• Introducing viruses or malware, or disrupting the Site's operation;
• Scraping, harvesting, or misusing data or content from the Site;
• Reproducing or reselling our program materials without permission;
• Harassing, abusing, or harming our staff, students, or other participants.

8. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may link to or integrate third-party services (including Stripe, Calendly, and partner organizations). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Educational outcomes depend on many factors, and we make no guarantee of specific results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dean Brannon Institute and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to DBI for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or a Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to DBI, its staff, or other participants. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma.
