Refund Policy.

Dean Brannon Institute wants you to feel confident enrolling in our programs and services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. By making a payment, you agree to this Policy.

1. General Approach

Because our programs reserve a place for your student and require advance preparation and staff time, refunds are handled as described below. We aim to be fair and to work with families in good faith.

2. Refund Eligibility (Programs & Test Prep)

• You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided the program has not yet begun.
• Once a program has started, or after 14 days from your initial purchase, fees are non-refundable.
• Renewals and any subsequent or recurring payments are non-refundable.
• We may, at our discretion, offer a partial credit toward a future program in cases of documented medical or family emergency.

3. Coaching and Single Sessions

• You may reschedule or cancel a coaching or 1:1 session with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed ("no-show") sessions, are non-refundable.
• Free consultations carry no charge and require no refund.

4. Donations

Donations (including "Sponsor a Student" contributions) are voluntary and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 5 days and we will review it in good faith.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed sessions and programs already in progress;
• Renewals and recurring payments;
• Downloadable or digital materials once accessed or delivered;
• Donations;
• Third-party payment-processing fees.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email info@dbi-llc.org with your name, the student's name, the program or service, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment unless otherwise stated above.

7. Method of Refund

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at info@dbi-llc.org so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could affect future enrollment. We keep records of enrollments and communications to respond to disputes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" shows the latest revision. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
